Lead Pastor
Pastor Steve came in October 2011 to assume the role as Lead Pastor of Victor Community Church; he brings over 30 years of pastoral ministry experience to VCC. Pastor Steve is a gifted communicator who teaches the Bible very practically, so people can understand it and better live out their faith.
Pastor Steve and his wife, Tina, are passionate about outreach and connecting with the community. They have led numerous mission trips abroad and enjoy taking the gospel wherever they go. Steve and Tina have found counseling and mentoring couples very rewarding as well.
Steve enjoys sports, the outdoors, motorcycles, hunting and fishing. He is also a NYS certified coach, firefighter, EMT and chaplain. Pastor Steve and Tina have three children; Christian, Katie and Hannah.

Rev. Brian Sieling
Youth & Communications Pastor
Brian started as Youth Director at VCC in March of 2014. He was born and raised in Lyons, NY. Brian graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2013 with a major in Contemporary Ministries with a focus in Youth Ministry and a Minor in Marketing.
Brian’s passion is to see students learning and growing in Christ. Ephesians 4:15 says: “But speaking the truth in love, we must grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ.” Brian’s vision is to see the next generation equipped to go out into the world and build up the Kingdom through teaching, serving, worshiping, and sharing.

Alex Moss
Worship Director
Alex has been the Worship Director at VCC since August of 2023. He and his wife Kirstin along with their 3 kids moved from Northwest Ohio to join our staff at VCC.
Alex has served in a variety of roles throughout his ministry career of over 10 years, worship ministry being a huge passion. He believes that worship is so much more than the songs we sing, but a life lived in surrender to Jesus.
When he’s not tuning his guitar or getting ready for the next worship set, Alex enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife and kids, grabbing a good cup of coffee, or listening to a great playlist.

Alyssa Fox
Interim Children’s Ministry Director
Alyssa has ministered to kids in various organizations for the last 10 years, and Served last year as VCC’s KidMin Intern.
She was born and raised in Churchville, NY. Currently, she is living in East Rochester with her husband and their three young boys.
Alyssa loves working in Children’s Ministry and sharing the Love of Christ with Children. Alyssa’s family all enjoy being outdoors either going on adventures geocaching or relaxing next to a bonfire.

Vanessa Cordes
Administrative Assistant
Vanessa has been attending Victor Community Church since December of 2019. She was baptized with her husband Chris Cordes by Pastor Steve as well as married by him in 2021 at Garrett Memorial Chapel on Keuka Lake. Together Chris and Vanessa have 6 grown children and one still in High School.
She has volunteered on the Cleaning Team, Vacation Bible School, Fall Fest and the 2023 Marriage Retreat. You may also catch her serving coffee in the back of the church for the Hospitality Team or in the front of the church serving as a prayer partner with her husband after services.
Vanessa enjoys gardening, home renovations or anything in the creative arena. She has a heart for Jesus and is looking forward to serving the church and the people of VCC.

Stephanie Riley
Ministry Assistant
Stephanie has been attending VCC with her husband since 2010, quickly finding it a place they could call home! The Bible centered teaching and focus on real life application has helped challenge their personal comfort zones leading to spiritual growth. Stephanie has enjoyed working in early childhood, kids camp, AWAKE and worship ministry as she discovers how God would have her serve His people.
In 2020, she took a step of faith and became an intern in youth and worship ministries. She feels this is the best thing she has ever done as it allowed her to discover her true spiritual gift – administration. Seeing how God revealed His perfect plan at just the right time is something truly amazing.
Stephanie joined the team as a Ministry Assistant in the fall of 2023, applying 1 Peter 4:10 everyday as she helps our church grow.
When Stephanie is not at the Church she can be found spending time with her husband and two kids, finding a new trails to hike and hidden gems to discover. When the weather is colder she enjoys experimenting with cookie recipes and reading.
